Former Saint
As Denver keeps growing we are having more culinary options in our city. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming or maybe we think there’s not many options to choose from.
Yesterday I had the privilege to enjoyed dinner with my family at Former Saint. Former Saint is located inside Hyatt Regency near the Colorado Convention center. Not only does their selective menu and beer selection make this restaurant great but the fact that they partner with local ranchers, farmers, distillers, vineyards and brewers is something outstanding. You will explore Colorado inspired tastes and experiences all in one place. The ambiance of the restaurant was calm, perfect for a little date night. Every course served delivered in both presentation and taste, and I enjoyed them all.
For appetizer we tried Former Saint Poutine and Cheese curds that paired great with a glass of Viet Tie Moscato.
Lets talk about my main dish, Harrisa grilled Chicken breast….. OMG no words … The chicken was juicy and super delicious! It came with unusual veggies. If you like spicy food this is a must! For dessert I picked a cashew and shortbread mousse, great choice if you are not into sweet sweet desserts. Absolutely Delicious!
